Now, if the tenants are depositing rent in BOA, and I am in the process of paying off PNC HELOC, I have to wait till the money becomes available at BOA, then transfer it to PNC Checking, and then pay HELOC once it becomes available there.

Since the flip failed, my idea is you should be able to transfer the title, and book and on the books of the flip LLC, sold it at the same basis of what was paid and expenses to the rental LLC. thus no gain for the flip LLC to report.
