I'm joining BiggerPockets to network with other investors, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals investing in this area and throughout the country.

One of our goals in moving to this city a few months ago form Springfield, MO is to use my real estate career to help provide housing for veterans, international students and returning missionaries who may have trouble finding housing or getting financing for housing as many are returning with little income and/or little credit history as they have been out of the country and often can't show a stable income.

I am a West Medford advocate :) The only area I dont like in Medford is by the OK Market. between court and riverside. 

LOL. ( get these letters on the counters of houses I buy at court house steps the old owners leave them behind many times so I have read thousands of them).OK so set yourself apart.. first thing I would do is try to make the letter look very professional it will stand out just with this fact as all the others are doing exactly what your doing and send the same letter. 

Even today after 4 decades in this business I still find it valuable to talk to everyone I can, in rent and housing court, in elevators, in the hall ways of where I travel, I usually have something in hand or says something that is an attention getter.

The repayment plan devised and approved by the court will deal with outstanding creditors and their repayments.  

I closed a golf court home few months ago in Phoenix.

I am in Mission Viejo and can meet at a Starbucks.I am currently flipping homes and am current searching for my next project at the court house steps.

Marker us very diversified now and Ft Hood is largest Base in country.
