Will it be to you--possibly.Maybe call the "holdout sister" in the deal and take her to lunch at Burger King or something, near her house and talk this thing over.I've seen a situation where a holdout was holding out simply over another relative (only by marriage) secretly taking all of her Mothers cooking stuff (All of it), and she wanted some it for herself. So you may never know what's really stalling the deal until you get one on one with the staller and ask them some questions.Good Luck!

Pls guide Check the unit for pets, if you find them put down some Purina Chow and a big cooking pan of water. You can have a free new pet or contact a no-kill shelter. If you wait on this and the pet dies in there, the stench is awful and sometimes soaks into the carpet and sub floor.Pets need water and food on a daily basis or they will die. They also accept donations: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/

Here are some of my random thoughts:Make sure to allow for enough Amps from the pole to the building, if your electrical code is saying 200 amps per apartment you will need 6 lines, if your code allows 100 thats only three lines.Think meter placement electric and water, gang them if possible.Often furnaces are put in center(ish) of the basement, is that best or could that space be used better for a laundry facility, and the furnace(s) more towards the wall.
