I've heard of people that pass off great deals consistently.

Was an empty  3/1 that needed about 4-5k work (just needed to get rent ready)but in a B-/C+ area and consistent rents were about $600-650.

I have a minimum goal of making 10k/ month(about 2-3 deals) and need the steady leads to do that consistently.  

I find, in India, there is at least one community that consists of many technical workers.

I do not recommend keeping stock that consistently goes down in price/value.
