Please, educate me on some of the following most basic legal defenses, how you can get around them, and what you should do to prepare for them;1) What is laches?

It seems to me that it’s best to keep each asset in a separate LLC w/ an umbrella insurance as lines of defense but that certainly isn’t foolproof.

I’ve had a great experience on BP, going to local meetups, REIA’s and just networking with other investors.I’ve gone to a few conferences and those were all good too.Just remember any free 2 hour workshop or $300 weekend seminar is probably a funnel into a $20,000 program.
