In my opinion, it almost felt like we had to chase and coax ABC Baltimore to get the money owed to us from the rental guarantee.

@Suzette MurrayI am not a property manager but I know the property manager that I have in Phoenix uses Chase bank. 

The location and the fundamentals are always great, and even if you don't change the physical structure of the building, you'd be surprised how much a burger king or chase bank thats just been painted different colors looks nothing like the original.   

But as you said, throwing more money into chasing smoke is not worth the effort. 

I have a Chase Ink Business Visa card and it doesn't show up on my personal credit report.

Is it a situation where if you walk the streets around 9pm, then people literally chase you down in the streets? 

Bad luck is something that usually happens when we are chasing something we don't truly want.

All in all, feels like it’s worth spending a minute checking the docs with this tool before spending hours trying to chasing down employers.
