I like to think of a subway car as the world in a can.  

Maybe starting a new business selling cars.

I have 300k in mortgage loans 20k in car loans and I make 65k a year.

On to the specs:1952 816 SF ranch, 3/1 with a detached 2 car garage.

If the neighbors say there are loud parties late at night or cars parked in spaces assigned to the neighbors (not spaces on a public street that the neighbors just like to use), then the neighbors have a legitimate complaint.

I have a 3 month emergency plans, no balance on credit cards, no car payments, have good credit, and for REI only have about 3-5% down for $450k.

But schools like Villa Nova, Widener, Eastern, I've had friends at those schools who all have cars and drive to class every day.

For example, while I attend nearly every one of Brandon's podcasts and like his content very much, 25% of every podcast is a "FREAKING USED CAR SALESMAN HARD PITCH" for joining biggerpockets pro.

Credit Cards, Cars, etc.
