I have a feeling seeing the money will help him be a little more enthusiastic. the moral to this post is DON'T GIVE UP!

Moral of the story.  

Too bad he is focusing on the ethical and moral issues rather than the huge health benefits of cutting meat, and especially dairy, out of a diet.  

Today is one of the worst, because I'm at the tailend of my maternity leave and my rainy day funds are dry,with no moral support from my partner, who literally have said in several occasions including today that he will not lift a finger.

He's probably going to like you a bit more if you're there to listen to him and boost his ego. 

That would boost income to the point where I would pay myself back for the refi cist in four years.

Kant would say that it would be morally wrong in that situation to tell a lie to save your family.

He finally got a check in the mail this week for all of the back rent.There are two morals to this story:1) There are a few people out in the wide world that have the same surname, but are not actually related, and2) If you ever rent to a Section 8 tenant with your last name, get a copy of their birth certificate to prove that you aren't related and save yourself a ton of grief!

Most trying to deal in real estate have no clue as to their responsibilities, legally or morally without understanding the obligations assumed in society or in our economy.
