We are under our budget from what we projected the costs of the renovations would costs now comes the part where we will be working with our broker to determine the listing price for the property. 

The listing agent isn't available to open up any of the units, but I plan to visit anyway just to walk the property and further my analysis education. 

Scott) and I have finally decided to push my analysis paralysis to the side and take action! 

Do you think I should approach a private lender because there will be $100K in equity once the project is finished?

Locally, the lender we prefer to use generally charges 12% APR, 2 points at closing, and loans 65% APR.An added benefit of using hard money is that they loan based on their analysis of the deal.

These are important questions because if you are new and have not fielded calls from sellers, I think you are going to be really overwhelmed by the calls and analysis that is needed.
