I'd live to hear any continued feedback from you guys on this.  

Don't listen to these two, they are talking about investing based on fear and recent memory as opposed to what makes sense for your goals. 

I'd suggest talking to them and telling them that this is the third time and you are going to install something around the AC (and their expense), so there isn't a fourth occurrence.

I’m interested in using private money to get started and continue using the BRRRR method as I love value add and I’m able to do a lot of the work myself.

I QUICKLY found that my guests who are working class New Englanders barely wanted to use Air or VRBO let alone talk to a bot or get automated messages.

But can seem to get to real investors, that I can meet, shake hands talk about past, future, present & then discuss three properties I've prepared for making offers on,  just need the partner & I to look at the deals for an agreed strategy to maximize profits.
