Make sure to do a quick google search -> Your City "County PRoperty Appraiser Site" -> then input the address and find out if the property was sold or not.

@Ike Stephens I think you may have gotten this answered on a different thread but thought I would post here too in case someone was searching and found this post too.For Fannie/Freddie loans, you do not have to source deposits in a business account. 

Do a search on Google for something like "real estate promissory note template" and you should get a few examples you can use. 

I have learned a lot about it through blogs youtube and google searching so far and can say that my interests has grown even more.

I've searched a bunch of FHA AirBnb threads on BP and wanted to be sure I'm understanding what I've read so far correctly.I purchased a multi-family last year.

Doing a quick search in my area didn't yield any such companies. 

I'm also interested in house hacking but with our budget of around $250K..not a whole lot of MFs available but will have to search the terms you mentioned in Zillow.
