I've narrowed my research to the Indianapolis market, so I'm looking to network and establish my local rock star team to get started!

Due to some personal decisions I bought a new home in round rock at the begining of 2020 about 7 miles further north of my current place and I'm moving there in a couple of months.I was initially planning on selling my Pville home right after the move but now I'm thinking I may keep it for a few years, perhaps for another 5 years or so while the original builder warranty is still active, and keep it as a rental.

Honestly, RPR is pretty on point and the 'star' rating will let you know to what degree of confidence; 4 out of 5 or 5 out of 5 have never really failed me so long as the bedroom and bathroom counts are accurate.

This is not Wells Fargo, BofA, Chase, etc, but some one like Texas Star Bank. 

Anyone have thoughts on the must know rock stars in the area?

We did a flip in Round Rock in 2018, and although we ended up losing money, we learned so much from it.

Also listen to Old Capital calls...and some calls/webinars from RockStar Capital, although it looks like they've stopped taking investor money for now.   

Hope to own some property up there one day so we have places to crash for rock climbing trips!

When I do sell a property one day and a buyer who is following a inspection report that I had no say in is asking me to make thousands of dollars of repairs, I'd probably tell them to kick rocks lol...
