Like Mark said, you have to look at rental restrictions, HOA fees and what they cover, and also watch out for special assessments that might be coming soon like roofs, painting, driveways, that can add several hundred dollars a month to the normal HOA fees.

I'd keep her security as well to go towards her owed balance.I've never heard of filing for eviction AFTER someone has already vacated.I think it's more common than we'd normally think.

Those kinds of weeks work on houses slows.Now normal people, I would think would encourage their parents to buy, fix,rent,hold and build worth AND do as they darn well please with the few years left.
