Can anyone point me to a title company(s) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that will provide title insurance on tax sale properties?

My digging in county resulted in a timeline like this. 1973 Deed w\ Deed of trust (Trust settled 3/77)Cowboy Family to Pioneer Familylot 5, and 6.

We're looking to get into our first multi-family property in Dallas.

is anyone having any luck finding good wholesale deals in Dallas or Ft.

I'm a novice and therefore don't claim to know much, however, I'm torn between purchasing relatively local in SoCal once I move to FT Irwin, or investing out of state in TX due to their landlord friendly laws, continued job growth, and lower entry prices (assuming not in the heart of Austin or Dallas). 

I was wondering if anyone has any tips to offer on how to find foreclosure properties in the dallas area?

I do "Subject To" and I work with students from Round Rock to San Antonio but Dallas is only a hop, skip and a jump from there.I do Owner Carry.
