Put in laminate, Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Concrete patio, Light Fixtures, Water fixtures What was the outcome?

For example: Kitchen Remodel, bathrooms, sand floors, recessed lighting, etc cost = $120k (what percent of that should be materials such as cabinets, fixtures, recessed lighting, etc)

It sure was a light bulb for me.. 

The fixtures and wall coverings and flooring are already taken care of - nice tongue and groove, very nice hand-scraped floors, and lighting is covered2.

Deadbolt and a kickstop work wonders.Keep the lights on in the building. 

This was originally built as a rail car manufacturing and repair facility, so the base may be just enough to handle empty cars - Fully loaded cars could be an entirely different matter - If the base isn't sufficient for the weight, big problem.

Please again shed some light on why someone should get their license otherwise??

We closed ours in and put a split HVAC in there with LED lights and full blown commercial machines, like many in the area. 

Will have a huge effect on rates/fees though if you decide to do a DSCR loan with light or no prepay

A lot of times you have to submit plans for the project, the permitting office reviews your proposals and then either gives you the green light, not necessarily to start building, but going ahead to submit your design/renderings of the actual property.
