If you’re looking to rents to service members, be sure to get the information for whatever squadron they are assigned to. yea my career field never gets the cool locations ahaha i have yet to meet someone from Maxwell for my career field but i can definitely ask around. what other factors in your opinion makes this market great?

That 2% rule would be a good rule to live by if you want to see positive cash flow.Then you have to go find a market you may not be familiar with and immerse your self in that location and get comfortable with the people you are going to work with.Two big takeaways I learned at my local real estate meetups are:1 - Nobody cares as much about your Sh** as much as you do.2 - Next!

Most of the properties are in fact in D class neighborhoods, however, the actual location of the property to the city center is great.
