PS - I know realtors who did not adapt to technology and are now having difficulty maintaining a portfolio of clients, especially millennials who want everything done electronically, etc.

I can't tell you many times clients have come to me on a litigation matter that would have been avoided if they had spent a few hundred bucks for a legal consult. 

Some brokers are simply too risk averse to allow their agents to serve investors like they need, with creative terms and such.

If you're looking to turn it into a rental I'd definitely crunch your numbers, you might be better served investing that money in other locations or avenues.

I see a lot of talk about airbnb on this forum so wanted to share some real life numbers (this is a clients not my personal) I have removed the address per forum rules. 

Have many clients with SFR and Multi family portfolios.

I've asked engineers about this and they said that this is pretty standard language, but that it's common to see clients ask to have such language removed. 

At least respect your clients enough to give them an accurately depicted place.
