In my experience, it is an excellent tool for tracking incoming calls and being able to match the marketing that generated that call (i.e. a different number for different mailings, etc.) but I always found it to be cumbersome to make outgoing calls from, considering a cell phone is pretty simple to use.

Hi BP folks, As I'm looking for my next deal through a wholesaler (my first proprety was found on MLS) I'm searching for a hard money lender on the treasure coast who could do a least 85% LTV. 

The tool would be able to do myriad analysis to evaluate the deterministic analysis such as margin of safety, probability of a return, maximum buy price given a certain probability of a return, and calculate the opportunity cost comparing this investment to an equal investment in an index fund.Does anyone think a tool like this would be useful and beneficial or do you think it's more of a waste of time?
