i used to do some lawn cutting/landscaping a few years ago.i had a 44" exmark and loved it. had the Kaw engine. costs a LOT (7k), but i loved it. but mine did not stripe well.i'd NEVER, EVER, EVER get any mower from a big box store. they all have plastic rollers and plastic spindles. go to a commercial lawncare store and get to know them. you can buy a bunton, toro, exmark, but dont get a cub cadet, john deer or any of the other crap that call themselves "commercial".

Otherwise, this is effectively a charge the PM is making on the owner for the amount of the security deposit.I've said before that Jon would have made a great accountant if he had chossen that path instead of engineering, he may not take that as a compliment but it's meant to be.

Hi, I've been reading and reading and still have yet come to an answer.My goal: - Better return (my saving are in stock, mutual funds, some in 2% CDs now)_ Buy for hold, potential for appreciation, reduce my regular engineer income tax- Rent it using PM (I am in Redwood city, and it looks like my investment won't be in a near by town.

My first offer of $72k was accepted, but then I found out during inspection that there is deflection in the foundation which will have to be repaired at some point (the engineer estimated the drainage work + relevelling would run somewhere around 15k).

There are no fees like BBB and a much better scam filter, and after you bring two memberships to them that vary in price depending on location(my area after a 40%discount is $10/yr) they give you your own page like an internal website, and put you at top of the search engine if you offer members a discount on your discount page, like senior citizens, vets, etc, I'm thinking.
