Not necessarily depending on the repair but if they can't give a quote then you probably shouldn't hire them, if they need a day or so to do some research that would probably be fine

After doing some research, we discovered that South Dakota has a very beneficial option for those that want to "domicile"there.

However, people who leave blue states due to the high cost of living will look at places like Las Vegas.I’ve researched one segment off California population that will be greatly impacted by the 2018 Tax Act and rising prices and taxes and that is people living on a fixed income.California has about 6M retired people.
