Was the title company able to gather documents from the seller, or were they never contacted?

My PM company does manage some there though.

I've called back landlords and asked why they had given a good report only to find they were afraid of getting sued so didn't tell me the truth.  

The attorney then wanted to charge me another $1,500 to continue my case in April.Afterward, I discovered a company called "evicthemforme.com," which charges $260 for basically the same service.

PLUS, good property management companies are great to build relationships with; they see and hear of off-market deals.

I short what everyone seems to be saying is RETA is a real estate marketing company that works for developers and uses creative math. 

Third step is a licensed deleader will take that report and make the unit 'lead safe', we don't make them lead free in MA.

Looking for reviews on some of these companies - TurnkeyInvest.com, TurnkeyInvestProperties.com, etc.
