I'm getting consistent 2% bumps at renewal. turns are forecast to bump by $50-100 per door, which is 5-10%.oddly enough, appreciation is strong with 80k on 5 doors since mid 2019.

jackson in wis ,we have been evicting after the lease expires.first make sure you give 28 day notice you are not renewing lease before it expires.if not moved after lease expires we go to court to get tenant out.judges in most counties in wis following threw.some counties cannot do because courts closed.in wis ,we are helping tenant get help,if they not follow thru ,we go to court.we have used the cash for keys with some tenants.been a rough year dealing the 1 percent renters that are using the goverment to bypass rent.

So, does CA require landlords to provide “compensation” for each tenant in the household for them to move out in order for me to sell at the end of a legally contracted lease (when expires), ie, not renewing for another new year?
