I am also looking (kinda) but cant see this bubble lasting once the real estate market catches up with reality in Chicago. 

I went to some paid for training seminars and they do get your motivated for a minute but then reality sets in ..

Reading between the lines from a few other of your posts, sounds like you're in a pretty good position to buy and make one of those a reality!
