In my opinion, the transactional cost of buying and selling properties in Mexico (basically trading houses) might make it very challenging to make good profits if you are buying and selling as a foreigner.

“Reinvesting” your flip profits doesn’t reduce your tax liability in any way.

$250K ARV - $140 Purchase - $25K Rehab = $85k - $15k Commissions = $70KCarrying costs, utilities, taxes etc will lessen your profit, but it fits the (70% of ARV - Repairs) formula in terms of purchase price.Can you get it for less that $140k?

We're in the middle of our first flip and it's looking like we won't make much of a profit unless it sells for more than I expect, but that's okay!

I like the way I can look at a property and do some math and can almost give an estimate of how much profit this property can make.
