If by healthy you mean personal health, we are getting a Fresh Market and a new Kroger Marketplace, along with having a couple great local places like Hendersonville Produce and the farmer's market during the summer - people are wanting more and more healthier options here so it is slowly but surely happening in Hendersonville.

The potential profit you make depends on how you structure the deal and what your goals are.For example, you could buy a SFR, and rent it out such that it doesn't produce any cash flow, but 2 years later you sell it and make a nice profit due to appreciation.

If you are in coal country this makes the possibility a bit higher , sometimes a new shaft will change the ground water flow effecting a well .A friend of mine is in Confluence Pa , his well is 1300 feet deep , and it produces 2 gallons per minute , he has 4 Large pressure tanks to have reserve water .
