Welcome to the site, I joined the site about 2 weeks ago and have learned so much just from reading everything on here.

What you'll note if you read the other threads in this category is that people often sign up for the site when they see a discussion about their company, and start shilling for it.

But, I am going to keep the reasons to myself at least on a public site this for now.

True the disclaimers on most of these sites do state they use their own scoring modules however these 2 sites are pretty accurate and excellent reports.

Create a walkthrough video of your property and post it on different video sharing sites such as youtube.com, viddler.com, metacafe.com and ton of others.

Then capture their name and email on your site through a landing page and/or lead generation form.One important thing you need to remember when using articles and video for your marketing.
