First of all, the didn't ask me too many questions, they asked how much I need and where is the properties.Then the gave me a simple and not professional application via Word document and there as no section to put the ARV (As I am searching for a fix and flip).Gave me an approval letter without any mentioning the monthly payment, the interest that I'll pay...And finally wrote that I need to put 2% (2 points) BEFORE closing, the was the final red flag for me.Be aware of these scams

"No fees to pay (especially application fees, 6 to 10% Realtor commissions, closing costs, etc.).

Only show to qualified applicants especially at this time.

As stated by others, this was intentionally induced and numerous monetary measures and mechanisms have been put in place to mitigate and minimize the damages.I have no doubt that even after the pandemic has receded/subsided that there will be numerous more policies and mechanisms put in place to mitigate further. 

And, if you don't want a smoker or a pet, how do you spot a applicant that's lying about being a smoker or has a pet?
