With this verbiage in place until January 2021 can I have her pickup this utility for the fall/winter as it is no longer oil hear but natural gas and also her own unit? 

I have had interest in NN and NNN deals given the predictable cash flow and the passive nature of the investment.  

Due to the nature of my work I move often and will not be able to learn my local market well.

I hear about these agents that close 1-2 deals per year and it baffles me, I guess sales just may not be in their nature.
