I would not invest in there unless I lived a few miles away and could constantly watch and monitor my property.

Hows it going guys..As a Real estate investor I'm curious to know what different programs and softwares have been found most useful for wholesalers and house flippers per se?

Complete accounting software    - It was built to track your income and expenses, but also your assets. 

When we got our first STR (which was remote) we would watch it like a hawk on our monitoring systems, like it was our baby or something...but you just can't do that...you will drive yourself crazy and eventually you will need to start thinking of it as a income producing asset (with operating costs) rather then your second home. 

I live in Idaho and have two rentals and looking for a legit software (nothing crazy) that will help me stay organized, have proper forms such as application, lease etc.
