@Nick Gu for this project we decided DIY, my best friend and brother work in construction, so I paid them $20 an hour to help.Putting up the partition wall was rather easy. 30 mins to put up the studs. 1 hour to run electric for outlets, 2 hours to run HVAC.

If the home inspector tested the outlet and it failed to operate and did not make note of it in the report then maybe the buyer can go back to the inspector.
