I know I can set an LLC, S Corp, C Corp, Sole Proprietor or whatever with Legal Zoom.

How can I do this legally in NJ?

I thought this didn't sound right - is that legal in Ohio? 

I am doing my research and am ensuring that I have all of the proper reports/forms/legal literature, valuation tools, etc and have several friends who are RE Agents & Loan officers whom I ask questions, BUT I am still lacking information in certain areas.

You will have a hard time gaining any traction without a track record in real estate, underwriting, commercial brokerage, legal/accounting, property management or portfolio management. 

The challenge is working thru' the permits and finding a good modular company who could customize the home. 

And make him pull permits where required, or at least use that to throttle work.

That's not including the upfront cost for example Appraisal fee, Legal fees.

The subject says it all - if anyone can pass along the name of a real estate attorney they used for setting up an LLC, and maybe to answer some basic legal questions/advice related to it, I'd appreciate it!
