Wanted to share that BiggerPockets is launching a pro-exclusive 12 week Rookie Bootcamp in late August, with Ashley Kehr leading the way.

I would be interested though if the returns are still there with the cost of materials lately.

I was lated joining Bigger Pockets, so I didn't understand keeping myself to a stricter budget.

We also have a lot of quality multifamily properties in the C & B neighborhoods.Toledo has been making some big strides lately and has a become an investor hot spot for out of state investors.

She almost got evicted several times and paid me the $35 late fee almost every month.They froze her account yet again and I evicted her.

That's probably the most important thing to consider when first getting started rather than the commission split/money.Anyhow we have a great market here in Pittsburgh for investing still plenty of cash flow to be had and seeing some good appreciation of late in a lot of the neighborhoods.
