I email or phone back simple instructions for them to view subject property (takes me about 2 minutes) and they have already been given all the other numbers in my original email including purchase price (which includes my mark-up), rehab estimate - to be verified by buyer on their time, and exit value - also to be verified on their time.3.

Basically you could also contact her emergency contacts. let them know your concerned that she is having difficulties accepting change and her actions are unwarranted and are keeping you from properly running your rental business, that you have given her instructions and your concerned she is in jeopardy of causing a harassment issue.Or just plain and simple give her notice to vacate..

We had this happen in a rental unit where the alarams were going off repeatedly.Smoke, dust, bugs and other things can set it off, but if they are new, that shouldn't be the issue.I would check your installation instructions to make sure you followed each step properly.
