I do a lot of high-risk work, meaning I write policies for people with more complex health problems.

Advent Health just recently took over Florida Hospital and is in the process of improving service and renovating, so coupled with West Marion and Ocala Regional there is a good demand for doctor's and nurses which UF just keeps pumping out every year :) As for manufacturing, E-One (Fire and Emergency equipment) is still a big player in town, Signature Brands has a presence (Betty Crocker).

They worry too much about their tools, their truck and their health.

Texas property code requires the owner or PM to make repairs that "materially affect the health and safety of the tenant" in a reasonable time (usually 7 days). 

So I would like to officially coin a new term:BiggerPocketingThe act of searching on, posting on or responding to posts on the BiggerPocket forums.

But if they decide to accept my offer I'm going to need some paperwork, some official forms to fill out and be signed so that I can actually get a property under contract.

I did hear them fire a gun during a dispute with some guests recently and caught it on video...City officials didn't even respond to my email about the footage where you can clearly hear the argument and gun shot (maybe it was a blank?).

As for the unpermitted master bedroom, one of the ADU/JADU regulations states that only codes related to health and safety can be mandated when converting it to a ADU.  

I feel confident on how owner financing works, but what I’m trying to have in a row before anything is officially done is a few different things.
