USA keeps you cash flowing and able to buy toys, the real wealth is created in Nz and OZ markets.So it seems you are saying that Nz and OZ markets appreciate but you have no rent increases or perhaps you don't have the 30 year fixed mortgages or property tax caps that keep expenses low.
