I've heard of this sort of thing happening in Berkeley where two houses were sold for $1 each.

Am I missing some sort of filtering criteria?  

It leaves out all sorts of considerations like, what if you need to get out--can you sell it, or what if there is a major expense.  

But I was considering using my existing two story building as a tower of sorts to broadcast the wifi to the neighborhood that surrounds it.Also I feel like the trailer park situation is a little different than an apartment situation because people are bringing their own homes in, I feel like the paradigm is just different.  

Is anyone familiar with a title company saying these sort of things or does this sound sketchy?

That being said, there have already been some happenings with these tenants that have made the hair stand up on the back of my neck.

My credit score is good (700+), but I don't think that I could get any sort of loan without verifiable income.  

I'm using this to sort of change that part of myself.
