Realtors refusing to show these listing because they are Flat Fee listings, just loose the client because the buyer grabs the phone and contact the listing agent directly and skip his Realtor altogether ... 

He was concerned with him getting stuck with paying the whole rent and the girl getting away scot-free.

I'll be in the area Monday thru Wednesday if you want to grab coffee and kick around some ideas.

Some are really very impatience and just want to grab anything without doing lots of analysis.
