The HUD Mortgagee Letter issued new guidelines for manufactured housing that included eligibility for manufactured homes in condominium projects.

A manufactured home (at least the ones I dealt with) start as a vehicle and then when the foundation is poured and it's attached to it and all the axles and wheels are taken off, they "destroy" the title and convert the house to real estate.

Most of the new construction in the San Antonio/New Braunfels  area is being purchased by 1031 buyers from out of state.The San Antonio market has properties that will suit most any investor and has the benefit of a job market that's fortified with multiple sectors (government, tech, manufacturing and healthcare).     

Facts: pristine manufactured home on 3/4 acre of waterfront property.

I only bought REO from auction.com or found via the zillow manufactured filter which pops out both auction and REOs.  

But they have another similar one you can get if you move really quick, skip all DD and wire the money this afternoon... classic bait and switch topped with a sprinkle of manufactured urgency/ fear of missing out. 

      When you say mobile home on land, do you mean a manufactured home on a permanent foundation thus treated as real property, or an actual mobile home?

Finally, HR1779 is making its way through Congress and if passed, it will specifically exempt manufactured housing.

Also, would you mind saying or private messaging where in Texas you can buy a lot that allows for mobile, manufactured homes?
