From all I read in the web and here on BP, banks are usually not enforcing the due on sale clause as long as the payments are made in time.

There are pluses and minuses to that arrangement, just as there are pluses and minuses to conducting the entire business DIY by yourself, and many shades of grey in between ... but the fundamental truth in my mind is that RE is not a passive investment, it is always a business for somebody.

In 2008 I left a full time J.O.B. and started my own real estate photography and web design service, shooting stills and panoramas and providing virtual tours and other marketing tools for agents, mostly in the Huntsville and Madison AL area.  

I found some good information on the web due to your response and it seems like my concerns about binders is valid.

Have you compared the economic and demographic fundamentals and trends of the markets?

Given an MLS#, I’d like to get an XML document with details about the listing, like address, price and such.I am not an agent.
