This makes planning for auctions extremely hard not knowing what the upset price is because I have no idea what actually looks like a good deal and I’m only 21 so I have a limited amount of capital and I don’t want to go in expecting to be able to bid on a property because there is only 50k owed on the mortgage when in reality the upset price is double that.

(Probably should have made that the title... but it won't let me now lol Hope you enjoyed the story)I need somewhere to live temporarily while I work on my deal and perform and repairs needed to make the space habitable, hopefully no more than 2 months, but my first idea was renting an RV and just basically vacationing with my dogs during the process, it would be fun, but very cold and me + 3 large dogs might get cramped for that long.

The downside is that because they do free audits and reduced-cost work, they are often backed up on appointments 6-9 months out, especially when heading into the cold season as we are now.
