Pro-tip: Replace your HVAC filters after construction!

Do you have any troubleshooting or tuning tips to diagnose and address why some of the registers are having weak to no air flow?

Looking for advice and tips on how to start and set up these meet ups.

If I get higher then all the better but not crushed if cannot get the very tip top of market.

I'm not disputing it I'm just saying it's silly from their perspective if they like us to earn money from the place to have a bunch of barriers in place for us earning money for the place we have to tip-toe around. 

Follow these tips and you'll probably be making a pretty safe investment.Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.

I understand that its just business and it comes with the territory of property management, but I am wondering if you guys have any strategies or tips on how to soften the blow.
