I love real estate so much so that even while vacationing with family and friends enjoy visiting the local real estate office.

Banks are horrible to deal with, and I have never enjoyed doing business with them.

@Wayne Woodson In the short-term, I am looking to get my feet wet and would be very content to take my time, learn to do things correctly (minimize my risk), and enjoy whatever passive income that comes along with it.
