Not saying to ask your GC to hold your hand and educate you, but learn as much as you can observing the order of things, management tips, and note who is there doing quality work, etc.

This is my last year of school and am starting to educate and immerse myself in the real estate industry.

I've been interested in real estate for a while and have been educating myself about it for the past few months and feel now is the time to make something happen....

You won't get a better education than working for a top producer! 

Seller needs someone who is not a one trick pony, the seller needs some advisor that has a few different tools in the toolbox. 

LOL... this just does not make senseMaybe the ARV is really 70k or something like that.. would be interesting but strange things happen.. and of course its throw away money for you as the investor.. so seems like a good one to get an education on..
