Did you have any unpaid maintenance bills, attorney bills, termination fees that is eating into your draw?

I never knew the different ways to finance properties, I never knew that you could have very little money and still start investing, I am extremely new to this world of investing but I have been eating alot from BP YouTube channel and I am eager  to learn from experience people. 

The fees eat into your income and will only increase as time goes on. 

Now I'm picturing you inviting yourself to your tenants dinner table eating from their plate and telling them to scoot over while tugging on the covers at bedtime in a twin.... all the best. :-)Kudos,Mary

Starting off I will probably be using a HML and my HELOC for a down payment, so there will be interest on everything and I'll be trying to move quickly, but I can afford the monthly payments if it takes longer than anticipated (of course this would eat into any anticipated profits...)
