I am glad it worked out for you though.As for the dollardeal course, I doubt it teaches anything that cannot be found for free here or at a local library, so I would save my dollar and the hassle of follow up calls/emails.

They get plenty of notice from the time you file the eviction until the courtdate anyway, so I doubt you'll have an issue with the extra 3 day notice.

If you have not employed a servicing comapny (obviously not) I doubt any servicer will pick up a mess and foreclosure, if they do it will cost you, that is not really the time to get a servicer....after the fact, so to speak.

I have agreed to pay for his materials as well as the work he has completed (gauging price is a challenge as there was no itemized agreement, although I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and paying him in labor more than I believe he has completed).He has threatened to put a mechanics lean on the property for the full amount agreed on and believes it is my problem for firing him and deciding to complete the project myself.I reside in VA.

Sure, they can try and call the loan and all that other nonsense, but as long as your LLC is paying the mortgage and keeping it current, you will remain so below Fannie Mae's radar, I doubt you'll ever hear a peep from them.

Perhaps they were having CSS problems when I looked at the site, but that's no-doubt one of the the worst designed websites I've seen in my entire life...For that reason alone, I wouldn't consider using it...
