I'm basically hoping someone can help with explaining the process and paperwork from A-Z.

My question is where do I find exactly what part of the foreclosure process these properties are in?

As I am starting out novice, does anyone have any good recommendations for a GOOD  mentorship program to assist with the process? 

I’m working on performing a BRRR process on two hangars in a 10 hangar row at the Glendale Municipal Airport (KGEU) in the Phoenix valley.

It's a bit of a mix-up, but the idea is to make the whole buying and selling process clearer and more competitive, which could end up saving people money.

If you are to make an offer to purchase the property the seller in this case has the option to honor your offer to purchase and not lease the property while your loan to purchase the property is in process.

I would suggest finding an investor friendly agent who has PM and GC contacts that can make the process very seamless for you. 

*Also due to my job, I should be able to take advantage of our processes and bookkeeping department at a highly discounted price. 

That is a different process.
