When you show up check their fridge, if looks decent and no mold growing on the food, it increases the chances that they will pay their rent on time and keep your place decent.  

I bet a company like Whole Foods is pretty sure an area is going to grow in population and/or income before they drop a new location.Let me know if you're aware of any data sets like the ones I mentioned above.

Also atleast in my area your taxes may drop if your living in 1 unit aswell.Just food for thought.
