A lot of you have emphasized how critical it is to have access to financing in order to reach your goals and it will only be possible by showing credibility to future investors. 

it looks like reifax is a florida only property lookup site that may work well for you area list source is used by lots of people on BPin my experience list source is the best going good luck @William Manzie

Can anyone recommend a good source for ,cabinets other than the big box stores (Home Depot / Lowes), in the Washington DC metro area?

Are abandoned propertys a good source for wholesaling.if so how to you find the owner from homes that been abandoned for long time.are there any free resources and what are they.

I think friends and family can be a good source, also we've talked with some of our wholesale buyers about them becoming a private lender for us.

I searched in Property Appraisers, property shark, and any source of information where i can find the owners current address or any type of contact info but all i get is that address where the house is vacant but obviously no one lives there, kinda strange but i would like to hear from experts on how you find property owners because im new to this and been trying to get my first deal under agreement to wholesale.
