One concern I'm having is the band of homeless that's taken over the corner a couple feet away, I know they can be transient (my family has been in The City for almost 100 years), could be a deal breaker if Mayor Breed continues encouraging homelessness as previous mayors have done.Originally posted by @Amit M.

I was thinking that instead of living in the property that I invested in, I could just continue to live with my parent and rent out the unit that I would've moved into.
