Hello,I am brand new and am looking for a partner who is also new and would like to work together.

Every time we take a delapitated home and rehab it into a brand new home, we provide benefits to the sellers (cash in their pocket and our relocation services), buyers (a new home), the neighborhood (increased property values), our business partners (help them grow their businesses), and our investors (great returns.)  

I like white cabinets long term for one reason, a single coat of white trim paint makes them look brand new again.

We just bought a home in Nov 2014 that had foundation issues which were repaired but the cracks keep coming, doors that once opened and closed now don't, etc. it's never ending.

I'm brand new also!

What brands do you recommend?

Despite the stone wall being brand new and looking great we have already had multiple questions from buyers about "is it built right?"
